Try On Appointment

Book in to try on your favourite pieces at our Mona Vale studio.

What to expect:

Our studio is an intimate space, so we keep appointments to one person trying on at a time. You’re welcome to bring one guest with you. If you’d like to try on with a friend or arrange a group booking of up to four people, please contact us directly as a separate booking will need to be arranged.

You’re welcome to take photos throughout your appointment.

Choose either a 30-minute or 60-minute appointment when booking. A 30-minute appointment is generally plenty of time to browse and find something you love. If you’re looking for a school formal dress, would like to try several options, or simply prefer a little more time, we recommend booking 60 minutes.

Item availability

As our collection is constantly being hired, returned and booked for future events, availability can change at any time. We strongly recommend checking that your preferred pieces are available for both your try-on date and event date before booking your appointment.

Although we take your selected items and notes into account when preparing for your appointment, selecting a piece during the booking process does not reserve that dress for your try-on or event date.

A dress that is available when you book your appointment may later become unavailable due to another confirmed hire, a late return, damage or another unforeseen circumstance. This is unfortunately part of the nature of dress hire and can sometimes happen at short notice.

If one of your requested pieces becomes unavailable before your appointment, we will contact you where possible. You are still welcome to attend your appointment and explore alternative options from our collection.

If you choose to cancel your appointment because your requested item is no longer available, your $50 try-on booking fee will be issued as store credit to use with Dressed by ES.

Appointment fees

Appointments are $50. If you book a 30-minute appointment, $20 will be credited towards a hire made during your appointment. If you book a 60-minute appointment, $10 will be credited towards a hire made during your appointment.

Please note: this hire credit is only redeemable at the time of your appointment.

Try-on booking fees are otherwise non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us. If you choose to cancel your appointment for any other reason, your booking fee will be issued as store credit.
